The N SERIES specially features a moving bridge with twin servo drives at both ends. This machine type is structured in different versions with different design and weight to be configured for several applications: from nesting of aluminum stacked sheets to machining of long components.

OPEN GANTRY

The T Series is a closed structure suspended gantry widely used for CNC milling moulds or for other typical machining operations in automotive, marine, aerospace industries. Other applications are CNC cutting, grooving, tapping of moulded fibreglass or other FRPs, carbonfiber, sandwich materials, thermoformed, or ABS, acrylics, moulds for casting.



ENCLOSED GANTRY

Typical Multiax P series 5-axis CNC machining centers are engineered and used for medium duty operations in different sectors where the most frequent CNC cutting or milling operations are on light alloys, composites, wood, FRPs or thermoformed.



High shoulder suspended gantries, 5-Axis CNC A Series machine is ideal for complex modelling or cutting of moulded or laminated pieces making operations on large cubic size work pieces in the aerospace, automotive and boating industries. Typical materials to be machined are alloys, composite materials (fibreglass, carbonfiber, sandwich, honeycombs), tooling boards, resins, epoxies, FRP’s.



The modular design of the L series makes it precisely addressed to industries requiring a large work envelop along with a high degree of precision such as machining moulds for the automotive, wind energy and marine industries, or large composite parts in aerospace. Beyond milling, it’s well suited for hybrid configurations, to support other heads for CNC automated operations like insert of rivets, or extrusion of pastes.
